We are seeking an experienced commercial construction superintendent to join an exciting and growing general contractor, with projects located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Requirements include:
- Must have over 5 years’ experience as a superintendent.
- Project list must include projects with a minimum value of $15m.
- Ability to orchestrate and coordinate subcontractors and field staff.
- Understand the safety procedures on the job sites.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must be able to walk the site and lift, push and pull up to 50lbs on occasion.

SALARY: Starting at $150,000 LOCATION: San Diego, California We are partnered with a top rated ENR GC on the search for a high performing estimator, to help the continued growth. Requirements include: 5 years minimum of construction experience. Had at least 3 years’ of experience with estimating/preconstruction responsibilities.
