Requirements include:
- 5 years minimum of construction experience.
- Had at least 3 years’ of experience with estimating/preconstruction responsibilities.
- Work cross functionally with other staff throughout the construction process.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Ability to build a network of clients and owners in selected commercial markets.
- Show a deep expertise in all aspects of estimating.

We are offering a base salary starting at $150,000, which can be negotiated depending on experience of applicant. Other benefits include health and dental insurance, 401k and PTO.

Ability to orchestrate and coordinate subcontractors and field staff. Understand the safety procedures on the job sites. Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
